What is the typical lifespan of your welding machines?
With proper maintenance, our industrial welding machines typically last 10-15 years in continuous operation. Critical components are designed for easy replacement.
How do I determine the right machine capacity for my needs?
Machine capacity depends on material thickness, production speed, and duty cycle. Our engineers can help you select the optimal model based on your specific requirements.
What power supply is required for your machines?
Our machines are designed to operate on a standard 380V power supply. If you require a different voltage configuration (such as 220V), we can accommodate this request. Please note that a voltage converter will be required, and its cost will be added to your order. Please check specifications for each model.
Do you provide installation and training services?
Our machines typically arrive pre-installed or require only minimal on-site assembly. Detailed installation videos will be supplied for any necessary setup steps. For training, we provide comprehensive video tutorials plus live remote guidance via video conference
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T bank transfer and L/C. For clients who regularly conduct business in China, we also accommodate Alipay and WeChat Pay as convenient payment options.
What are your payment terms
For standard machines in stock, full payment is required before shipment. For custom machines, we require a 50% deposit upon signing the contract, and the remaining 50% before shipment.
How long does it take to complete the production after payment?
Standard machines can be shipped within one week after payment confirmation. For custom machines, it depends on complexity, typically 15-60 days. Exact delivery time will be specified in the contract.
What are your shipping options?
We ship worldwide via sea freight, air freight, or express courier. The best option depends on machine size, weight, urgency and your budget.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes, we provide DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service for most countries, handling all export documentation and import duties.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on destination and method. For sea freight, it typically takes 20-45 days after goods are handed over to the shipping company.
What packaging do you use for shipment?
We use stretch film wrapping and secure all machines in export-grade wooden crates for international transportation.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, we provide full tracking information once shipment is dispatched.
How often should maintenance be performed?
Daily cleaning, weekly inspection, and quarterly professional maintenance are recommended. Heavy usage may require more frequent servicing.
Do you provide spare parts?
Yes, we stock all critical spare parts and offer worldwide shipping. Most common parts ship within 24 hours.
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a one-year warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing defects and component failures under normal use. Please note that wearing parts are not covered by the warranty. Your machine’s specific non-warranty components will be clearly specified in the contractual agreement.
